Cheto Tiramisù di Michela Battani

Ingredienti per 6 coppette: Per il pan di spagna: 100 gr farina di mandorle 4 uova 50 gr eritritolo 10 gocce tic Montare i tuorli con il tic e l'eritritolo, poi aggiungere la farina di mandorle (nel caso l'impasto fosse troppo asciutto, aggiungere un po' di acqua). Unire delicatamente i 4 albumi montati a neve. Stendere l'impasto su una teglia rettangolare ricoperta da carta da forno e cuocere in forno ventilato 10 minuti a 220 gradi. Lasciare raffreddare e tagliare il pan di Spagna in tanti rettangoli. Per la crema: 3 uova 250 gr mascarpone 15 gocce tic 40 ml caffè espresso Montare i tuorli con il tic e successivamente aggiungere il mascarpone. Unire delicatamente gli albumi montati a neve. Bagnare i rettangoli di pan di spagna con il caffè e fare i vari strati alternando alla crema. Spolverizzare con cacao amaro.

Torta Philadelphia e cioccolato di Michela Battani

Ingredienti: 200 g Philadelphia 100 g cioccolato fondente 90% 50 g eritritolo 4 uova 5 gocce tic Proteine ketoneural fdl ( www.medi-diet.it ) Montate i tuorli con il Philadelphia, eritritolo e tic. Far sciogliere il cioccolato a bagnomaria ed aggiungerlo al composto precedente. Aggiungere gli albumi montati a neve. Mettere l'impasto in una tortiera di 20 cm foderata di carta da forno. Riempire la placca da forno di acqua e cuocere a bagnomaria la torta per 15 minuti a 180 gradi, poi abbassare a 170 gradi per altri 15 minuti. Lasciar raffreddare la torta nel forno spento con lo sportello leggermente aperto. Utilizzare la funzione di forno statico. Ciambella cocco - limone di Michela Battani

Ingredienti: 250 ml panna da montare 3 uova 50 g eritritolo 90 g farina di cocco 1 bustina lievito per dolci 100 g burro Succo di un limone Sciogliere il burro nel microonde ed aggiungerlo a tutti gli altri ingredienti. Impastare il tutto e mettere in un a tortiera da cm 18. Cuocere in forno a 180 gradi per 30/35 minuti. PS mi raccomando di usare per questa ricetta la farina di cocco che ha la consistenza della classica farina bianca, il cocco rapé (quello disidratato e grattugiato) non va bene!
